Mark H. Jamieson

Mark H. Jamieson – I was born and raised in Orlando and attended Boone High School. I returned to Orlando in 1993 to practice law after attending college and law school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. My practice is focused on primarily serving the elder and business law needs of my clients.

  • Elder law, including preparing for the future through wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning.
  • Transactional work includes company formation, employee handbooks, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and severance agreements.
  • Business litigation involves everything from contract disputes, collections, non-compete enforcement, foreclosures, ADA construction defense, evictions to other real property disputes.
  • Post litigation includes settlement enforcement and judgment collections, including garnishment actions and discovery in aid of execution.
